How CoverDock uses cookies

CoverDock currently uses cookies and similar browser storage only where they are needed to provide, secure or remember the service. The public marketing website does not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Essential application cookies

  • Dashboard session: keeps an authenticated venue or WebConnect user signed in for up to 12 hours.
  • Support session: identifies an authorised, audited WebConnect client-support session for up to two hours.
  • FOH device: remembers a manager-paired front-of-house device for up to 90 days.
  • FOH unlock: keeps the paired device unlocked for the current staff session for up to 12 hours, subject to automatic idle locking.
  • Email connection state: protects a Google or Microsoft connection attempt for up to 10 minutes.

These cookies are necessary for the requested functionality and cannot be disabled through a consent panel. They can be removed using browser settings, but doing so may sign the user out or unpair a device.

Third-party services

A venue may choose to connect services such as an email or payment provider. Those providers may set their own cookies when a user visits their secure pages. Their notices explain those cookies.

Changes and contact

If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, CoverDock will update this notice and provide an appropriate choice before they are used. Questions can be sent to info@webconnect.media.
